Blue Fuji - Medford

The best sushi I've experienced in this area! I definitely need to visit the restaurant in person. The sushi is amazing, and the Chinese dishes are excellent as well. Thank you!

The best Chinese food in the area, without a doubt! The delivery is incredibly quick too. A+!

When I arrived, the door was locked and there was no one in sight at the restaurant. I waited for several minutes and tried calling, but after not getting a response, I decided to get lunch somewhere else. Ten minutes later, they called to ask if I was still coming. I returned, and they were finally open, but my order still wasn't ready. My food took over 20 minutes to arrive, and by that time, I had already spent money on another lunch. To top it off, the mushroom soup was disappointing—just some sad-looking button mushrooms floating in broth.

Love this place!! Their sushi is delicious. They have great food, great service and wonderful staff. Thank you for all you do. I wish more places had the business integrity, selection, and quality such as Blue Fuji.

Went in for lunch on a Saturday and had a fantastic meal. We ordered several types of sushi and everything was very fresh and delicious!
