Buffalo Wild Wings Medford

We had great service from Dakota at our table for four of us. We each had a different entree so our exposure to the menu was a good sampling. The items were all well cooked and seasoned as recommended in the menu. The space is large and open and affords many sporting events on many television screens. We will return and have some more wings and salads.

Menu confusing, food overpriced, wings nothing special at all, server not very helpful. 6 people at a wing joint and it cost me $201 not including the tip. Ouch.

Well, we thought we would give it back after a 6-month break, which is a disappointment. service was a sweat nice enough, but waiting for objects was ridiculous. also smells the building as it is dirty as old roasted food that has taken up in the walls and carpet. the food was cold and the French pommes were not even edible. for what we paid, I can't see that we're returning. they love the ambiente and tw’s with different stationary, but the food and service continue to suffer. not to mention a young man there, a hired one who seemed to feel that wearing his mask was not important and so he had it under his mouth quite much when he was busy tables or brought people to their tables. his teammates wore there. a lot of potential there. oh and the 2 animals my husband ordered were completely out at 19:30. a little early to walk out of beer.

Signed up online waited like 40min went inside to see how much longer and they said they don't do online registration at this place. why would they say his reserved seats online if they didn't have it. Registered at 18:17 clock got no table for 2 hours, because we had to register inside. serious

That was our first to eat in 12 weeks. we sat outside on veranda and everything was socially removed. the waiter wore a mask (but only over the mouth) and gloves. he was very nice and we felt very comfortable with him. we enjoyed bww and will definitely go back!
