Pizza Hut - Medford

Their prices have gotten out of hand. And the staff is disgusting now. I actually watched an employee wipe the sweat from their face then pick up my pizza to put it in the box. I declined the pizza and left.

First we ordered 24 dollar bone in wings...too much money. Second we ordered a large stuffed crust with extra sauce...no sauce at all on the pizza and the crust was flat. We got credit for the first order. Then we used our credit, our pizza, again withextra sauce or sauce, pasta and none existent bread sticks were left by our front door without even a knock for an hour and ahalf. We wanted new food and it was brought again with the pizza being the same way as before. No sauce...never again!!!

So I want to start with I love pizza hut pizza. One of my favorite pizza places since I was a kid. But sadly this store needs some help. My experience here: Placed order for pickup and paid online. When we arrive and try to pick our order the lobby waslocked and open sign was turned off. We arrived at 10:00 store closes at 11 according to posted hours. Tried calling the storeseveral times even knocked on the door. Final decided to try pick lane to get our food. After being ignored at the door and notanswering the phone several times remind you. The employee was at the window almost immediately and got me my pizza at 10:29that I should have received at 10:09 if the lobby wasn't locked or the phone would have been answered.

Order was wrong, but that's not even the worst part. I sat waiting in a hotel room that's literally 3 minutes from the pizza hut location wondering for 45 minutes where our order was because the delivery person NEVER EVEN KNOCKED ON THE DOOR, they just LEFTIT ON THE FLOOR of the hotel hallway.

Placed an order by phone. Said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. I called back twice to check after 1 hour and got the ?run around.? I asked to speak to a manger and was transferred 4 times before I was hung-up on. The pizza never arrived. Veryunprofessional, and unacceptable. Apparently, they don?t care at ALL about their customers. I will never order from Pizza Hutagain. Anywhere, and will tell all my family and friends not to go there either.
