Burger King - Medicine Hat

Redcliff burger king sucks, this ones much better, always get the same order and never once was it messed up, in the nearly 10 years i'v been going here, never once have i encounterd a rude staff member, i enjoy the food as well, incredible service and am very dissapointed in the overall reveiw, i think that this burgerking deserves to have more custermers and be reconized.i will never go to another burgerking.skip is also very good, a mess up here and there but thats when there's a ton of people ordering and in the building.love it.i recommend their double cheese burgers, never tasted anything so good.

What can I say, it's Burger King. Went in for Whopper Wednesday and ordered a Whopper with cheese. It was half price. They did mess up the order the first time as they ordered a Whopper cheese and they failed to put cheese on it. They made their mistake right by cooking me up a brand new Whopper.

This was the worst experience ever! Everyone got parked except 1 vehicle! Is 16 minutes acceptable to wait for 2 whopper Jr's and an onion ring, when another person complained the kid handing out the food, said snidely we are busy and then laughed! I family call 12 vehicles busy! Burgers are always cold!Parking: Think I've said enough!

Stopped in about 8:45 last night to pick up dinner. The lady at the counter was very efficient and checked to make sure my order was correct. She was really pleasant we had a great conversation and some laughs. The food was perfect and fresh and hot. Overall an excellent experience.

The person working the till on May 12 at 10pm was absolutely horrible to deal with. As I walked in she was telling the person he didn't have to mop the floor that night and when i interrupted their conversation by walking in store she was very put off. I had two orders with drinks and didn't want to mix them up so I asked her if she could mark one for me. Well that was just asking way too much! She grunted and groaned and gave me dirty looks marked the cup and walked away from me. No thanks for coming in, no thank you for your order. She was absolutely rude and I would not want her representing my company.
