Master Pizza - Medina

Waited twenty minutes on hold, called and was told a brief hold and we had enough time to drive to the store before an answer. the online app was not working, would not accept payments. then sat after ordering a long time in the store.

UPDATE: Tried the new Capital City Pepperoni thin crust. Great new pizza. Tried the brand new Chicago Tavern style pizza. Thin crispy crust with cheese melted on the bottom. It was delicious! We love Master Pizza. We used to go in Strongsville, so we were hoping this one was just as good and it is. Their garlic balls are the best!! The garlic balls are now called Parmesan Bites.

Everything was great except one of the workers. Specifically Henry F who refused to make my pizza.

Well, I've have really good pizzas there, but the last 3 were terrible. 3 strikes you're out

I don't think it's exceptible for a off shift employee coming in with friends should be behind the counter getting his buddies drinks and making his own pizza!?!?!?
