Tokyo Hibachi Sushi - Medina

We ordered sushi, and typically, when dining at the Hibachi tables, the sushi arrives first. However, it never came at all, and it turned out that two of our party’s actual entrees were missing as well. By the time we were ready to leave, our sushi was still nowhere in sight. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but if they can’t accommodate more customers, they shouldn’t take additional reservations. It would also be helpful if they informed customers about the potential long wait for sushi before they place their meal orders.

As always, the chef put on a fantastic show during the meal preparation. Another family joined us at the hibachi table, and when the staff came out to sing for my son's birthday, they also brought cakes for our neighbors!

The atmosphere is beautiful—clean and calming. I often experience panic attacks in unfamiliar places, but this restaurant was a great experience. The food is excellent; I enjoyed the gyozas and a California roll. I would give it more stars if I could!

This is my family's favorite spot. The food is 10/10. The service is 10/10. The value is 10/10. My wife and I usually visit for lunch because their Hibachi lunch speciality is good price and good portion. We can usually have a lunch for 3 of us under $50 before the Gratity. I usually get the Calamari and noodles and my wife usually gets steak or chicken. We visited over 30 times since we moved to the area and never had a complaint. The service is always fast and efficient, and they keep the courses right. The clear soup is a favorite of us along with any sushi you can order. I would recommend it as a must.

Took my son to celebrate his 21st b-day. Great food and service. Worth every penny especially if you get a seat at the grill!
