Mcdonald's - Medway

I ordered food online and waited for 2 hours, only to receive it cold. It was a complete embarrassment and a failure. This is definitely not fast food. The crew seemed competent, but overall, I would give this experience zero stars.

My entire order was incorrect! I requested an oasis without ice but received a diet coke with ice instead. The burger I ordered with only cheese was filled with vegetables. It was very unsanitary and the order took a long time to come out.

I went to the drive thru earlier today and purchased an apple pie. When we bit into it while driving away, it was completely cold! I checked the discard time on the pie and it should have been discarded forty five minutes before I bought it. Do the staff not care? Did they just want to give it to me instead of throwing it away? I'm not sure, but one thing is certain - they have lost my family as customers.

I came in to get a singular banana milkshake and it took 15 minutes to be made. I’m so disappointed in it. People who had ordered huge meals after me were getting served before me, I had food from another restaurant which is now cold because of the wait for a milkshake. Also by the time I got my milkshake it was warm.

Nice clean friendly restaurant ,Staff always willing to to help ,Food always very good .well worth a visit .Family friendly.
