Burger King - Medway

I had a terrible experience. They weren't open when they said they would be. I placed an online order at 9:05, arrived at 9:15, and found the place completely closed. It seemed like no one had been there for hours. Now I have to request a refund and find another place for dinner. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 1.

On my daily route in the morning I go here for breakfast or lunch. This morning I was turned away by an employee because she did not know how to put in the system for a side sausage. She told me that because she doesn’t know how to do it I will have to buy a whole sandwich or she can’t sell it to me cause she doesn’t know how to do it. I have worked at BK in my teenage years and I also have had this order put in from this same BK on my regular route. The fact that I had to be denied my breakfast because this lady who says she is a manager could not input in the system cause she doesn’t know how to is absurd. Also she took the order at the intercom for it and waited for me to get to the window to say she doesn’t know how, so why take the order. On my afternoon route I will return to complain to the head management. I had to get my breakfast from a BK many miles away. Ridiculous.

Store manager is nice. Building is pretty run down for a food place though. I’m a little surprised I never see anyone here on such a busy road. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot
