Bob Evans - Melbourne

Both orders were excellent. They arrived hot and were cooked to perfection, providing enough food for two meals!

The food was quite good, and I especially enjoyed the Blueberry Banana Oatmeal. The 100% Orange Juice was decent, though I was a bit puzzled as to why the cup wasn't filled all the way. For $5, you would expect it to be topped off. Overall, it was fine, but a full glass would have been appreciated.

Wildfire Salad was huge and tasty. Dinner rolls were stale.

The fried chicken breast was tough, as if it had been breaded and fried straight from frozen—definitely not high quality. The mashed potatoes were acceptable, but the coleslaw had an unpleasant taste. On the positive side, the fresh biscuits and banana bread were excellent, and the egg and bacon were good as well. The lemonade was refreshing, and the service was friendly. This was my first visit to a Bob Evans since it was nearby, and I can now check it off my bucket list.
