Dunkin' - Melbourne

I really love my Dunkin' Donuts! There are definitely some days when they're incredibly busy, but I still enjoy it.

Terrible service ordered 1 sandwich and they can't get that right. Turkey sausage egg and cheese no meat on sandwich. Tasted sandy, was dirt on egg. Someone dropped on floor picked it back up and put in back on sandwich.

I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to get a coffee, but the line didn’t move at all, so I ended up driving away. Others were leaving too. The management at this place really needs to reconsider their operations. There’s always someone acting strangely at the window. One day, I even saw the person serving food who appeared to be drunk—no exaggeration. If the owners read this review, they should check who was working on August 24, 2022, at 4:45 PM and consider letting that person go. Their incompetence is costing the business.

Friendly staff, very clean business. had a family feeling here. it is a nice place to visit.

The food always taste like someone’s refrigerator which mean they don’t properly store their food. Even with mobile orders where you specify what and how you want something made they mess up your order. I will definitely go to either a further location or another business altogether instead of coming to this DD
