Bidra med feedbackWe visited from North Carolina to celebrate a birthday, and our server Brenda was fantastic! She made the experience even more special for me on my big day. The customer service was excellent! We had made a reservation a month in advance and were seated immediately, with absolutely no wait. The restaurant itself is beautiful and perfectly located in a nice area. We ordered the 50oz porterhouse steak board for $170, and it was definitely worth every penny! The steak was incredible, and my fiancée, who is a cook, even asked for compliments to be sent to the chef! We will definitely return when we're back in the city!
The best steaks and presentation. the aktikabel board was delicious and leaves little space for dessert, but we did it with the key lime pie selection. darlene was very attentive and friendly and it made for a beautiful evening. we're coming back!
Highly recommend! Alli and the entire Ember Oak staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate my graduation and engagement. We have been multiple times but this experience was by far the best! Our waitress was attentive, kind and informative! Food wad delicious and cooked to perfection. Accommodations and hospitality was the best we have experienced in the county. Most amazing place for a date night or celebratory meal!
Overall, a fun and mostly delicious concept. The ribeye was cooked well and tasted wood fired. However, the Caesar and the bone marrow on the platter were disappointing. Particularly bad was the salad as the flavor was lousy and not like any other Caesar I’ve had. I don’t know what the flavor was oh well. Most disappointing was the service toward the end of dinner. She started off strong but petered out slowly. Our waitress sort of disappeared toward the end of dinner and we just sat there. This cost the restaurant us buying desert. It’s a high end steakhouse so service needs to be superb rather than this restaurant’s spotty service. Overall, I might consider going back, but for the price combined with the issues, it’s hard to justify.
My wife and I started with the scallops and pig bells that were delicious!! Then we had the 28 oz Prime Delmonico Boneless Ribeye board with the creamy spinach and lobster cancer mac n cheese and baked potato. Just great food and service!! We sat outside on the terrace under a beautiful Florida night!! Can't wait back!
