Taco Bell - Melbourne

I am a manager at McDonald?s and they way that I was talked to in the drive through was just unacceptable I came to the drive-through with my cousin and I asked a question before beginning the order I got my answer to the question and then we placeour order and I?m still looking at the menu and I ask for them to add on a grilled steak burrito and the person taking my orderrudely goes I asked you if that was everything I?m gonna have to add that out the window. Even though it may be Annoying for theworker you still do not talk to people that way when you are in customer service. It makes people think that they?re a botherand they shouldn?t come back and last time I checked that?s not how jobs work

Excellent service and food! Super fast service. I had given my food to me right away when I got up and gave the guy my card. The food was perfectly packed and everything was fresh! I don't know their names, but there were two guys who worked at 10:30-11!!! Great service! You were nice and patient with me when I ordered.

My favorite Fast Food Location! Always fast to me in and out of the drive thru, and always exactly! I don't think there's ever been a single time they made my order wrong, and the thru visitor's drive, Riley, is a real advantage for your company! He is very professional and direct on command and I wish I had found him to join my team before he made it to Taco Bell!

The Lord who took my order was excellent. great attitude well proved he is wonderful at his work. We should have more people like him. Too bad I didn't get his name.

The service is fast, friendly and all the important things I ordered. And all this is a true nothingness!! WOW!!! Pleasantly surprised and now this is the only Taco Bell that I will go from now, although I am 18min away.
