Bidra med feedbackThe experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, as is typical for Wendy's in this location. Unfortunately, there was no customer service to be found and it seemed like the Wendy's management did not prioritize personal and customer service knowledge when hiring staff. I was not given my complete order at the drive-thru window, and when I tried to call for help, it was too late. The employee at the window left her post to deliver food to a parked car outside, leaving my family waiting in our car. After a long wait, she finally returned and we informed her that items were missing from our order, to which she responded dismissively before going back inside to find the missing sandwich. Overall, our experience was a waste of time and it was clear that this employee had no interest in her job. This is unfortunately the kind of service you can expect at Wendy's in this location. I won't be choosing to dine here again.
Horrid experience! our son took a bite from his breakfast sandwich and realized that it was completely burned down! Moreover, the staff was completely rude to make a new one. we will never return there again! Do not waste your time. the personal is absolutely ghetto! the woman behind the counter wore flip-flops without socks. the art that has a large band that go over their feet type of flip-flops. the girl put a cheese on a hamburger without gloves with long nails and they give them an attitude when they ask her to correct her eating. it is not worth going ever! and what about the owner? do you not see the long list of complaining after the complaining!? Does it matter to them that these rude ghetto people are putting their business on the floor? Why do they even possess the franchise if they don't care? that's been going on forever!
Drive Thur is open. Not enough staff to open the diner. The fruit cup is just apple's and they have discontinued the side salad. As far as food quality it hasn't changed and as far as the staff they are as helpful and polite as possible. Would definitely continue to go there.
Lots of mistakes, bad attitudes and incompetence from the people that work there. I was told they didn't carry the bacon double stack anymore by the woman at the drive through window so I ordered a regular double stack, which I suspect is a lie because they probably didn't want to make the bacon. I also ordered a ten piece nugget spicy and they didn't give me spicy they gave me regular. I didn't notice until I was driving away. The lady who gave me the food had an attitude problem and just threw the bag towards me. Then when I got to where I was going to eat them they didn't even give me the BBQ sauce either. I don't normally call people losers but this group of people are. I understand you're probably not making a lot of money but that isn't any reason to be spiteful. Maybe if you were a better worker you'd get hired at a better job. I'd wait a few months before going back to this Wendy's until these losers are out of there and move on to ruining the next establishment they work at. I would have gave a 1 star but at least my food was hot.
Hamburgers tasted like they were made the day before. Lettuce was old, buns completely soggy with something. Sad. But the fries were very good
