Etto Pasta Bar - Melbourne

Etto, I really, really, really want to like to Like a lot But I find you hit and miss.

Etto is brand new in Malvern They pulled a big crowd by offering free spaghetti opening night.

If it is excellent quality pasta you are after then this is the place for you, everything on the menu is delicious and everything works well together. lots of different choices for everyone

A McDonald's style Italian joint on the main street of South Melbourne should only work if the food served is fantastic and can compete quality wise with nearby trade.It isn't. It shouldn't.The flavour is bland at best.And, something wrong about paying for parmesan cheese as an extra to pasta.Just don't go there.

Such a great little restaurant to enjoy hand made traditional pasta! It is also available for takeaway or ordering through 3rd parties so you don't even have to be there to enjoy it!! They let you choose your sauce and your pasta so it is custom to the way you like it!! Nothing beats customisation!! I always have the gnocchi with the cheese sauce it is just so good!! Have tried other but always go back to this combo!!
