Bidra med feedbackThis is my favorite restaurant all over Australia. They have beautiful, plenty of seating and a good ambience. The staff is friendly and the service is good. One of my top picks when I'm in town and enjoy some momos!
One of the better Indian restaurant in the City. Always go for medium or hot curry; Rogan Josh lamb and Butter Chicken to compliment the rice and garlic naan. Good wine selection, NZ Pinot Gris. Good service too.
Visited on 23 Dec 2020. A young girl in 20s, was our waitress that evening. I'm giving 4 stars just because of her fantastic work. Ambience is good and food was served quick. Taste wise, food is ok. Nepalese food options were few. What I had? Mint, lemon, Ginger ale juice 5/5 Mango lasso 5/5 Tandoori Chicken 4/5 (can be more succulent Prawn was very succulent 4/5 Fish fry 3/5 (very less fish, recipe is same as prawn Kashmiri naan 2/5 Paneer curry 3/5 Goat curry 4/5 Chicken curry 3/5 Pistachio kulfi 5/5
Nirankar is a nice little restaurant with lots of food options!! The food was amazing but staff’s were not much of a help in explaining the dishes properly. We ordered 4 dishes and they all were served on time with great flavours/ portion size. The only criticism I would give is “Table setting” where they have added a huge piece of paper on top of every tables, so that the staffs don’t have to clean or change the table cloths! Otherwise the food was delicious with great flavours and we will definitely be back!!
Nice interior and friendly staff. The butter chicken was on the sweeter side and the mild had minimal spice. A generous amount of juicy chicken though. Nepalese mushroom curry had chunky pieces of mushroom and a thick consistency. The vege curry also had a sweet taste from by the cooked onions. In general, the naan breads were thin. The garlic naan had an unforgettable aroma with the buttery smell. Aloo paratha was made with whole meal flour bread. It was filled mashed potato and vegetable but tasted quite plain even with the herbs.
