Bidra med feedbackI ordered a $12 traditional Mee Goreng for takeout and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size. The dish included a variety of ingredients such as seafood, chicken, tofu, and vegetables, all mixed with flavorful seasonings. It was definitely worth the price and I believe this will become my favorite restaurant for Mee Goreng.
Inexpensive and delicious Malaysian restaurant with fast and friendly service. As of the latest update on 09/18, the curry laksa is quite good, creamy, and generously portioned. Customer service has improved since 2016, leading to a bump back up to 4 stars. However, as of the update on 09/16, it appears that there has been a change in management. The staff can be hit and miss, with some being friendly and others seeming unhappy. The food quality is still good, but it is disappointing to see a decrease in service levels.
I woke up craving Hainanese chicken rice, so my partner packed some for me to enjoy at home. I appreciated that they separated the chicken, chili, and rice into different containers so I could control the spiciness. The rice was a bit more yellow than usual and had some inconsistencies in taste, but overall it was delicious. I would have liked more garlic in the rice. The chili had a good balance of sweetness and tanginess, which paired well with the flavorful and tender chicken. The pricing was fair at $12. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
Closest Malaysian restaurant around and fortunately a place that can make a passable Hainanese Chicken Rice. Not pretentious, it serves its fare and gets on with it.
A great little joint that does a flavoursome satay and roti, and a succulent ginger hainese chicken. My fellow diners chose the laksa which was a big looking portion I'd come back for.
