Sandpiper East Riding - Melton

I visited this restaurant yesterday afternoon and ordered two adult meals along with two children's meals. After placing my order, I was directed to check in at the entrance, which I did before making my payment. When the meals arrived, only one of the children's meals was served. The waiter, Jack, promptly went to order another children's meal and returned with an extra plate so the kids could share while the second meal was being prepared. Upon reviewing my receipt, I realized that I had only been billed for one child's meal, which was entirely my oversight for not verifying my payment. I offered to pay for the second meal, but Jack informed me that he had already cleared it with the manager. The customer service was excellent, the food was well-prepared, and the portions for the children were generous. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant is a lovely place to dine. The food is incredible, and the staff is very friendly, providing quick and efficient service. We highly recommend it to our family and friends. Additionally, there are beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for children.

We placed our orders, and even with the restaurant being so busy, our food was served quickly, piping hot, and absolutely delicious—all at a very reasonable price. A huge thank you to Sandpiper for the wonderful food and outstanding service. I will definitely recommend it to others and look forward to visiting again!

Twenty seven of our family all had lunch together here today. All the food was served as efficiently as possible and everyone enjoyed their meal.
