Mcdonald's - Melton

Affordable yet versatile, though wait times in the drive-thru can quickly escalate during peak hours.

I went in for breakfast and found all the tables to be dirty, so I had to ask for a cloth at the counter. The counter itself was also unclean, as was the glass on the cake display. I've never encountered such a dirty McDonald's before; even my shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked. The staff were friendly and the service was good, but the overall condition of the restaurant was disappointing. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 3/5

What a disappointment! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any McDonald's. The machines were out of order, there were no apologies offered, and there was a complete lack of customer care. To top it off, the food was terrible.

If you're looking for a maccas that actually gives you a decent amount of extra pickles on your hamburger, this place is the best. Thank you melton maccas.
