Due to snow, most flights were canceled and the situation at the airport was catastrophic. I understand that one is irritable in such a situation, but it is no reason to behave inhumanely. The employee was very irritable and sometimes shouted at passengers and behaved derogatorily towards them. At around 4:30 p.m. some passengers received a voucher from Ryanair and wanted to redeem it there. They were shouted at and the lady accused the guests of why they were only coming now, she would have closed long ago. Guests told her that they had only just received the voucher.
