The food was average, consisting of basic fried items. The service for takeout was prompt. I would consider ordering again, but I hope to explore some better options next time.

We've been working in this area for seven weeks and have tried many places for lunch. Without a doubt, this is our favorite. We've visited several times and have never had a bad server, poor food, or any negative experience at all! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, and it feels welcoming. I just wish it were closer to home, but we’re so glad it was near our work these past few weeks. Thank you, East End, for all the delicious meals! We hope to see you again soon!

The service and food were fantastic! The staff was quick, attentive, and made the dining experience enjoyable, all within a wonderful atmosphere. The waitstaff was very friendly!

The service was abysmal! The server who waited on us initially had to be chased down multiple times to place food orders and drink refills, plus to get the check at the end of the night, she was inside with no customers, chatting it up with other servers while we waited forever, for everything. Beer was good when the glass wasn't empty, which was often. The fries were good, everything else was ok. The snapper was pretty unremarkable!
