Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Memphis

Melasse is quicker than a chicken running to get in this line! I ordered online for pickup at 4:45 PM. They don't allow you to pick up inside the restaurant. You just have to wait outside. I ended up picking up my order an hour later. They should ensure that the food is hot. Unfortunately, mine was only warm. I had to reheat it when I got home. Customer service is not a priority here. They weren't very friendly. If it's not Sunday, you might want to try the chicken here, but otherwise, just go to Chick-fil-A.

I give this restaurant one star. I used them to order pickup and it was a long wait in Memphis. The family meal cost almost $40 and it was not worth it. It felt like being at a slow KFC. Popeyes needs to improve the support of their workers because they are essential to the business.

When I arrived in the parking lot, a man missing most of his teeth who worked at the restaurant appeared. He seemed to be taking a break from his duties to inform me that I couldn't park there. I thought he was going to open the door for me, but instead he seemed to have been waiting his whole life to tell me that I couldn't park there, even though he didn't actually say it. The atmosphere in the area, with the nearby stores and Lenny's next door, seemed to have put him in a bad mood. At least the younger man inside the restaurant was able to communicate with me, unlike the toothless man outside.

The drive thru is so busy at most days. today was the fastest service I saw in a dae. the food was good and the next rainy day I'm here.

One of the longest times l ever had to wait on some fast food I don't know if they were just that slow or not enough workers but l won't be going back. My chicken sandwich had a funny texture taste to it, like it wasn't fresh or something. The meat without the crust, crunched...? and my fries were cold. One bright spot was little lady that was at the window that took my payment; at least told me to have a blessed day! Again, I won't be going back.
