Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Memphis

I'll give this Popeye's chance at random. I'll be done with this place after today. Apart from them not with certain items, because no one has taken them out of the freezer, the person who put the parking lot goes in and starts throwing ice into a bucket without washing the hands. He dropped the ice spoon on the ground, does not clean it and continues to shake ice as if we could not see it or not hear the loud sound from the effect. I'm officially annoyed at this point. I will not even touch the bad services and the rude attitudes.

Drive through line is ridiculous..I understand it?s a pandemic but why the lobby not open..It?s was always some BS at that location..

I gave this Popeyes another chance after my last visit, but after today, I'm done. Aside from several items being unavailable because no one has taken them out of the freezer, I witnessed a troubling incident. The person who was cleaning the parking lot went inside and started scooping ice into a bucket without washing their hands first. They dropped some ice on the floor, didn’t clean it up, and kept shaking the bucket as if we couldn’t see or hear the commotion. I’m officially frustrated with this place. I won't even bother commenting on the poor service and the rude staff.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. They're frequently out of food and their customer service is very poor. They don’t accept credit or charge cards either. It's probably best for them to close this location and start fresh.

We visited this restaurant to order two spicy chicken sandwiches with combos. Unfortunately, when we received our sandwiches, the fries were cold, the bread was hard, and the drink was flat. I sincerely hope for improvements in the future.
