Sweet Lala’s Bakery - Memphis

I ordered a 70th birthday cake for my mom today. It was quick and designed with beauty! She’s in heaven smiling. Thank you for making this day amazing!

My sis and I love to go to Sweet LaLa's for brunch on Saturday.

Not much of a bakery. Just over priced prepackaged snack foods and coffee with some cakes in the fridge. I was looking for some bakery items to deliver to a client but didn’t really see anything other than cakes. They may have more than just that, but since I wasn’t greeted while i was there, I have no idea.

The coffee and atmosphere is great, but the salad is a bit of a ripoff. $11 for a cup of lettuce with some other goodies sprinkled in. I’m sure it would have tasted great if they would have included the dressing as well. Unfortunately, I took this to work, so I didn’t have anything on hand. The apples are brown in the picture because I took it with me. Make sure you ask them not to cut it if you’re traveling. Friendly, helpful staff and great food. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was top notch.
