Pizza Hut - Mendenhall

Pizza was good. No issue with food. But the staff were a little stand offish and never said welcome, hey, be with you in a minute, or anything! They just kept working behind the counter and one even got pizzas and went out, I assume for a delivery, but walked right past me without saying a word. I finally (after about a 7-8 minute wait with no one speaking to me) was recognized and got my order that I had placed online. They are just not friendly at all.

Pizza crust was very hard and did not seem fresh The end piece of the cinnamon stick was so hard I could not chew it up The edges of my pizza flip burnt This was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut and I’m very disappointing

Rudest most incompetent people I've ever dealt with. Rude on phone, hung up without a goodbye, waited 10 minutes in car for curbside, went in and was given my pizza which wasn't even correct! I would rather eat frozen than to pay 18$ for this .

I was there at 11:00 and the store manager was the only one who worked there. She dried it! She pulled pizzas, she cooked wings, she made Cinnabuns, she also made phone calls between all this. She needs an increase and a long holiday! I didn't get her name, but I know she was the manager. Please give her some recognition.
