Costa Coffee - Mendip

I was in the que for minutes to find they didn’t have enouph stock. They do not make enouph stock for the amount of customers. A waste of time and now dissapointed

Visited Sunday Sept and there was a long queue, possibly due to just opened the doors. Slow service but the staff were very friendly and helpful and the coffee was tip top. Plenty of seating also. Exit was not very well signposted for...us who sat just inside the door

This Costa is situated within a homeware department in a factory outlet. The cafe is fairly open and has no atmosphere. The coffee is standard Costa coffee which I find disappointing. It lacks depth of flavour. The paninis are OK but not as good as...some other coffee outlets. They are a bit soggy. Similar prices to most coffee shop chains. Service is OK but impersonal. There are better options.

Sadly very disappointed, did not get a gingerbread man or apology with my ginger cream hot chocolate, not worth it
