Mcdonald's - Menomonee Falls

This particular restaurant seems to attract the worst employees. They are usually unfriendly, which is quite unfortunate. The service is slow and they often get my order wrong. I did have one positive interaction with a lady who was kind and nice, but even she seemed to hear that feedback often.

Short wait times, excellent communication. The food is prepared quickly. I recommend dining in or using the drive-thru. Peace.

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast and was consistently impressed with the fast and friendly service. The lady who works the payment window on weekdays was particularly efficient and friendly. I appreciated her great job and the personal touch she added to the experience. I found that using my app codes actually sped up the process and enhanced the overall service. The staff even greeted me by name when I provided the code. Overall, I was impressed by the efficiency, personal touch, and consistency of the service during my last four visits. Well done!

Put an order on the drive thru. very long wait. When I came to the second window, they asked me what I ordered and I told them. then the manager came and asked the same question, so I gave her the reception. she said I had to move forward because they hadn't done it. asked for a refund and left without the double cheeseburger and larg fry I ordered. 3 days later I contested the appeal on my credit card because the refund was not yet credited.

?This place is not quick with time. They are usually backed up everytime.But the are good at getting your order right inside or at the drive through.
