La Tavernetta - Menton

New direction with 30 years. experience in the field of restoration. as always, good Italian cuisine, well presented, correct prices, good service, friendly atmosphere - and a limoncello or a grappa after dinner ! moreover, the owner/manager welcomes his guests, a beautiful gesture. excellent location at the end of the pedestrian area, always a pleasure to be welcomed personally and to eat well.

We enjoyed a pleasant lunch in this renovated restaurant. the service was very friendly and efficient. food was good and the position and environment (outdoor) ideal at the beginning of the afternoon. it was not cheap and it may be too early to comment fully, but it seems to have potential and merits a visit.

Four of us have lunched here. food took a lot of time to arrive, but when she did, it was rather tasty. Ranch salads are particularly recommended.

This restaurant is well located, right next to the main pedestrian alley of downtown chin - a lively and lively place. We had pizza - (four cheeses) - and a salad. The two main dishes were very good. by the average cost of 4 euros for a bottle of a liter of san pellegrino in a chin restaurant, the 6 euros billed by tavernetta were rather high. food was good, just like the location. It was more expensive than the other restaurants we visited, but what has left us - and made our first visit our only visit - it is the ddain with which the waitress treated us. we didn't buy the most expensive meal possible - but we paid customers one night when there wasn't too much. Our only visit was the only one we made. we found a warmer welcome in other mentonnais restaurants.

Very well located place where food is good and the server is rather nice. so much that we came twice during our short stay. We'll be back.
