Rainbird - Merced

I wish I could give this restaurant a rating of 10 out of 5 stars. The tasting menu was incredible and completely unexpected, with fantastic and knowledgeable service, high-quality food and drinks, and an overall relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommended. Update: Went back for brunch and it was just as amazing as before. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation made it feel like a luxurious experience.

I gave it a 5/5 rating, but in reality, it's more of a 9/10. Almost everything was exceptional. I tried everything from the amuse-bouche to the appetizers, and the real standout was the smoked cauliflower custard. It was a well-crafted dish that was silky smooth, rich, and filled with deep flavors. The main course was also exceptional and beautifully presented. Overall, the experience was unlike any other.

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant, with a very unique menu that you won't find anywhere else in Merced. The dishes were all delicious and had a distinct flavor that we really enjoyed. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The restaurant was absolutely beautifully styled. Our server Montana was delightful. She did a perfect job at explaining every portion of the meal that we had. Her recommendations were impeccable. Food is my love language and I can honestly say I fell in love Tonight. Each course was made with Passion and love and you can tell. The presentation was beautiful and the flavors were indescribable. I enjoyed every single bite. These flavors really moved me and I got teary eyed. I inserted the photo so you guys can see ?. I'm looking forward to going again. Compliments to the chef.
