Auntie Anne's - Mercedes

We stopped by this place for a good Pretzel snack but were very disappointed. First of all there 's No Customer Service at all. Second, there were only 2 employees working. And when the cashier told the other employee our order, that other employee turns around to look at us with a disgusted face as if saying, really, you 're gonna make me work more . And the cashier just laughs at her expression!! Last, the pretzels were over baked, black even. Not to mention that they told us 10 minutes and it still took 20.

I normally love Auntie Anne's but the service here was horrible. We went in and had to wait a 20 minutes in line just to get to the counter and get told the only have 1 cup of salt pretzels. The rest of the items they had were supposedly seperated already and they weren't going to make more. You're telling me you have a full shop but don't have anything to sell? This was 2-3 hours before closing so you'd think they'd have items to sell.

Went right before close and was still greeted with a smile. Love the cinnamon pretzel bites.

They need more help for production. The case is always empty when we go in and 15 to 20 min wait for something simple.
