Chili's Grill - Mercedes

This restaurant never fails to impress! It is a great spot to enjoy delicious food at a reasonable price. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks with a rating of 5.

The service at this Chili's restaurant was outstanding. I have visited several Chili's locations in Texas, and this one surpasses them all in every way. Our waiter, Gael, was exceptional. Although we didn't catch the names of the other staff members who assisted him, they were all fantastic. The staff, service, drinks, and food were all top-notch. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

My daughter and I had a terrible experience at Chili's in Mercedes, T78570. We waited for over an hour for our food, and my daughter had to ask the waitress multiple times to take our order and bring our food. The waitress seemed more interested in talking to her male co-worker than attending to us, and had a bad attitude. Even after bringing up our concerns to the manager, the service did not improve. My daughter and I have decided to never return to this restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility was not an issue.
