The Lakeview Tavern - Meredith

This place was a GEM! Visiting the area, we left Twins Barnes Brewing without ordering dinner due to HORRIBLE service. Drove down the road hungry and looking for a place to eat. Let me tell you...This place was friendly, had prompt service, our food was great and reasonably priced! Don't miss out stopping here!

The Lakeview Tavern is a friendly, home-eating, with good kitchen. The apple cake was a laureate, and the serving staff as friendly and accommodating as it gets. Do not miss this restaurant in Meredith.

Short staffed. Took forever to get our lunch. Got a turkey club. Toast was cold. Fries were limp. Only good things were our server was very friendly and did her best under the circumstances. She was rushing everywhere to accommodate everyone. Also in a very cute town.

The waitress was funny and a great waitress The food choice was limited due to it was in the evening. They were out of most side choices. They didn't have Coleslaw, onions rings, any potatoe products or outif salad too. But they had FF. The haddock looked delicious that others ordered. I was surprised by the enxtra large serving size. I got a steak and cheese sub. It was excellent. I would eat here again.

Quickest service , drinks were soooo good, the staff is so nice!! Chicken is really good, and I?m very picky with my chicken since I?m a flexitarian, loved the food here
