Dunkin' - Meriden

We stopped in for coffee and muffins and really enjoyed taking a moment to relax. The manager came by to check if everything with the coffee and muffins was to our liking, which I thought was a very thoughtful and friendly gesture. It was a great experience overall!

I visited this restaurant without any issues and decided to call to inquire if they served white hot chocolate. When I spoke to a representative named Zach, I found him to be very courteous. I rarely write reviews, but it was refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in their job and shows respect for customers. It’s unfortunate that many employees in minimum wage positions don’t always receive the same consideration, but Zach truly stands out in that regard.
