Bidra med feedbackWe placed an order online and paid for it to be ready by 9:45. We arrived at the drive-thru five minutes early and waited there for about 12 minutes. When we drove up to the window and called the store, they did not answer. Finally, an employee came to the window and informed us that they were out of everything because they had closed early. They told us to contact customer service for a refund. The employees did not apologize and seemed annoyed that we were there. Despite our order being sent to the restaurant, we did not receive any notification about the situation. If I could give this location a zero rating, I would. Their customer service also did not answer our calls. I would recommend avoiding this place if possible.
Last summer, I ordered a two-piece meal at this restaurant for a little over $5. I gave the cashier a $20 bill at the drive-thru window, and he handed me back some change, which included a couple of dimes along with a few bills. When I got home and counted the money on the table, I realized that I was shorted $10. I contacted the restaurant to file a complaint, provided them with my receipt number, and even went back in person, but they refused to open the window. Despite my efforts, they never called me back. I was very upset with the poor customer service, and if it weren't for my restraint, I would have had some strong words to share. Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed in the way this situation was handled.
We were drawn to the handmade signboard advertising fried chicken, as we were craving it. We decided to stop in and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We each ordered the special combo with two sides and were delighted by the taste and quality, which exceeded our expectations. The chicken was crispy on the outside and not overly greasy.
I have NEVER had such poor service in my life. The lobby was not closed so I went in for 2 sandwiches to go, a simple order. One customer was in front of me. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Finally, this person, who was alsofilling the first customer's order, came to the counter with the food. She then told me she'd be right back and went to preparemore ingredients. There were 5 other employees working. When my order was given, a different employee told me it would be 5minutes. As I waited, all of the employees consulted and discussed their schedule and then disappeared, with the exception ofthe woman at the drive thru window. One young man asked if my order had been taken. I said yes. After 7 or 8 minutes, I askedthe drive thru person if she could check on my order. Another woman came back and prepared the sandwiches with the chicken theyoung man had put in the oven as he spoke to me. No organization or communication. I felt completely ignored and unappreciated.Meanwhile, the lobby hadn't been cleaned so I am not sure what these people were being paid to do.
I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes had to get down to be able to place an order. By the time I got inside all the workers were hanging out in the dining area. Horrible customer service. And they were out of almost everything in the menu
