Mcdonald's - Meridian

I've got a double-square fucker with cheese and the spicy chicken sandwich. I wanted to order a mcflurry, but the ice machine was down. eating was hardly warm and the waiting staff was sued. the place was not packed so that maybe the word is out.

Heavy set black lady with glasses should learn better to not be on her phone while taking orders, terrible customer service.

Not and it been like this for a while. Fries were as cool as ice. They are cooking them way to far in advance and letting them just sit there. Try to stay to far ahead and talk or text in the phone so sad

This location is absolutely horrible! By the highway therefore many customers are ordering via window and dashing back onto the highway...SO...the workers do not care if your order is cold, unfresh etc. Ordered an item customized and it took 15 minutes also the burger with cheese was ice cold no ketchup on it, super dry and prepared as if someone was angry! Close this location if you do not like customers and take pride in food service. This McDonalds here is simply stealing our money!!

Third time I’ve placed mobile order and asked for no onions or pickles and they end up coming on my double cheeseburger, recciept acknowledges my request, but they obviously don’t pay any attention to what it says on their screen for orders
