Bidra med feedbackI really enjoy The Habit, but I only give it three stars primarily because the chefs seem to lack attention to detail. I didn’t request pickles on my burger, but they still included them. Additionally, I ordered bacon for my burger, but it was missing. The manager was kind enough to offer to remake it, but I simply asked him to bring me some bacon strips to my table instead. Don’t get me wrong, the food is excellent, but customer service is very important to me. I will return, and I hope they can get my order right next time.
I arrived early for my order and checked in, only to wait nearly 30 minutes with a constant stream of messages saying my order would be out soon. When that didn't happen, I tried calling the store for an update, but was only prompted to download their app, which was frustrating. I just wanted to speak to a person. Feeling impatient, I ended up sending my 12-year-old son into the store to inquire about our order, since I couldn’t leave the two babies alone in the car. He waited another 5 minutes before someone finally attended to him. When they did, they simply grabbed our order from the pickup area, indicating it had been ready for a while, yet no one had delivered it to my vehicle. When we finally received our food, the burgers and fries were cold, the buns were soggy, making the burgers difficult to eat. To top it off, the ice in our drinks had melted, leaving them watered down. After this unpleasant experience, I cannot recommend this service and certainly won't be spending my money there again.
I absolutely love my Habit! The new summer grilled peach chicken salad is simply heavenly. The shakes and burgers, especially the teriyaki with grilled pineapple, are fantastic, along with the sweet potatoes. The customer service is outstanding—everyone is so friendly! Unlike other places, the food quality here is top-notch. I can't recommend it highly enough! Plus, the prices are great too!
Food was quick, customer service was kind and real (down to Earth), the mushroom burger was to die for, and the fries were salted perfectly. Food was hot, and the limeades they make fresh every day were so good. Didn?t feel sick after eating this. Highly recommend. Paid around $24 for two burgers, two fries, and two large drinks
The Hit List is a clean restaurant the kids who served us (I believe they were the owners sons) were extremely polite. The food was basically good but the pulled pork sandwich was a little dry, my friends cheeseburger (advertised as cheeseburger witth grilled onions) was only a beef patty on a bun with maybe 3 tiny pieces of diced onion, no condiments, lettuce or tomato for a cost of $9. My other friend got the meatball sandwich which she said had the taste of pastrami in it. I really wanted to support a local establishment but it is a little too pricey for me. I wish them all the success think people should try it come to their own conclusions.
