Kfc - Meridianville

Sat in the drive thru for a while, then went in to get my coleslaw. Just perpetually slow there.

I placed the order online and went to pick it up at the time I was informed it would be ready but when I arrived 45 minutes before they closed I was told they had to heat the fryer back up. My thing was why were your fryers off with that much time left before closing. I guess it doesn't help to order online at KFC because I still had to wait at the restaurant for 30 minutes to get my order oh and even though they had to wait all that time to prepare the food they had the drink already name sitting there with the ice melting

Always get customer service and the food is good. It has become one of my kids and I go to. We do normally get the taco bell side of KFC. B ut we have had both and always enjoy it.

Food was great, I had the pot pie. My friend had chicken tenders and fries. We both got Biscuits. There was a post on the wall that told us the chicken was from Jasper AL. The chicken tasted great and the crust on my pie was delicious.

KFC was crazy busy but the staff was working super hard to get everything out as fast as possible. During the time I was there No one complained about wrong orders. That was impressive, as busy as they were. Our order was correct and it was delicious!!!
