Merimbula Bakery Café/inthemix

I highly recommend this restaurant! I visited last week, and it felt like home. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the place was always clean and pleasant. I tried their chocolate eclairs and cupcakes, which were absolutely fantastic. I hope the owner continues to maintain this high quality all the time.

They offer the best baked goods in town. Every day begins with fresh bread and a hot cup of coffee, and that experience is incredible. I highly recommend this place; it’s a must-visit!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. While on a road trip in Merimbula, I stopped by for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a large mug, and it was just perfect in size. The coffee itself was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff were very friendly and engaging.

INT hemix cafe was very yummy. I had two sausage rolls and a custard tart. Yumbo! My friends had a nutty caramel slice, and while we are not nutty people this slice had us going so nuts over how good it was!
