Taco Bell - Merriam

I went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting longer than expected. It seems that the Jack in the Box next door only takes mobile orders, which caused a lot of customers to leave that line and come to Taco Bell instead. However, the food was excellent! I deducted one star because, despite asking for hot sauce (which we confirmed we wanted), it wasn't included in the bag. Additionally, there were no napkins or fork for the nachos. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience.

Ordered from the app and when I arrived, my order was ready and waiting. Great food and service. The store was clean and well lit. Bathroom was also nice and clean. The staff was a bit loud and puzzling, but in a good way. They had fun and it was full of laughs.

The young lady managing the restaurant was incredibly dedicated, especially considering the staff shortage. Despite that, I received excellent service and had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

You messed up our order, but honestly, the service made it all right. It was just a minor issue with the hard and soft items mixed up in the bowls.
