Grumpy employees, old freezer burn tasting ice cream

Treats order&pick-up customers like trash, on the phone, and always screws up your order. They?ve been screwing people for years. Only trust them to give you a cone or a donut. NEVER trust them for pick-up orders.

I went it there for a night craving. They only had one person working and I came in second for ice cream the employee saw me and ignored me and helped everyone else that came after ten minutes of waiting I walked out. I guess not all customers are a priority. Worst place ever. I will never go back there

This is my go to Baskin Robbins! The employees are great! They?re really friendly and kind especially Katie and Rochelle!!
