Ihop - Mesquite

Walked in and no one was at the front so I asked the employee in front of me that I saw to help me. She (on her phone in the front of the restaurant having a personal conversation) proceeded to roll her eyes right in front of me and take me to my table. It was literally like one table in the restaurant and it’s not like she was doing any work. She’s lucky I didn’t want spit in my food or I would’ve told her manager right then and there.

How the hell ihop is open 24 hours but when I walked in they staff would tell me, they don't have cooks. IHOP should be embarrassed.

Wonderful. We were a party of 10 and our waitress was very pleasant, attentive and efficient. She made us all feel special. Not just us, we observed her with other customers and she had a was the same with each. Oh, the food was good also.

Food came out fast the waitress was nice and I love the food

10/10 do NOT recommend.My husband and I will not be coming back to this location due to the fact that we were seated at our booth and waited 20 minutes before another guest came in and was seated with his order being taken right then.Not once did an employee stop to take our drink order- not once did anyone come by to pick up our menu’s or check to see if we needed anything.The young gentleman with glasses was waiting the booth next to us and spoke of how when he is tending to guests “he always makes sure that they are taken care of” as we continued to sit right across from the booth he was waiting on for another 10 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave.Never have I EVER had to leave a restaurant due to poor service or customer service skills. I guess there’s a first for everything.
