Jack In The Box - Mesquite

Yesterday evening, I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, only to find that my food was cold by the time I got home, which is just 3 minutes away. The fries were cold and the tacos were awful. I will never eat at this place again. If you go there at night around 10 PM, expect a long wait, and the food will surely be disappointing!

My brother and I frequently visit this restaurant. We always receive excellent service, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The service is quick and precise.

The table was dirty, and I had to ask several times for it to be cleaned. The floor was also dirty. The food itself was good, but it felt like the cleanliness of the place didn't matter to them. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

The tables and floors are always dirty. There are students scattered from school sleeping at the tables so that a huge mess for the workers. The music is so loud, it is impossible to continue a conversation. Fast food. Fries are always cold. Staff are always hurrying. Food: 2/5

Only problem in drive thru there was a huge hole that almost swallowed my car food was ok nacho fries weren't cooked were very soggy in the 7 layer nacho fries platter.Food: 4/5
