Jack In The Box - Mesquite

I frequent this special restaurant every couple of days as I love the special air that is exist in this restaurant. The personel is highly friendly and professional. The service is awfully quick. Needless to say, the food you eat is good. I have been there more than once and I was always happy. The pay is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Today I had a very bad experience I arrived I made my order of chicken strips I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes after I got to the window everyone was on their cell phones doing nothing and an arrogant girl came and told me there is only spicy chicken and I asked her Why was I not informed when I was placing my order and the imnorante answered me, they only told me that and period after having waited for 30 minutes at the end they did not have what I initially asked for and they did not care, I just closed the window and I had to leave I don't know why they don't hire staff with a little more knowledge in customer service, only guys who come and serve people with such a stupid way of being...

Restroom was very clean they shut throne down on Highway 80 where usually went to. This one I believe is better anyways due to the employees actually talk to the customers.

I pay for extra sauce and it’s like they just remove it all. This goes for the chicken tater melt and the breakfast burrito. Garbage service and quality
