Pizza Hut - Mesquite

Called at 8:40 to order. After about an hour we asked ourselves where our food was. We'll call back, hear the guy asks about it, and then he comes back and hangs up. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to go to the store where they told us there were no records from us to even make an order. Avoid this place!! The mangers and workers inside laugh about other customers who were crazy.

Worst experience! I was told I would have a credit. When I talked to someone on the phone she said she was a regional manager. And wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else. Also hung up in my face. I will be speaking to corporate. Worst location.

Just ordered a pizza. Nope. Never gain. It looks like it was dipped in grease! I understand it's pizza but it's inedible and floppy. When I called they told me they couldn't do anything. Never ordering from there again.

Horrible service, ordered a pizza and when they didn't show up I called 1 hour later. They never showed up, it's the second time this happened. I like the pizza but this store is horrible!

I ordered extra sauce on my pizza ? but was not satisfied with the amount of extra sauce…I was able to speak with the manager and she did apologize for not being reachable via phone and for the lack of extra sauce. She remade our pizza and it was PERFECT She was very kind about the mistake and gave no problem with correcting it!
