The customer service is good and the food and drinks are very tasty overall love this place

Went here a few days ago to pick up an mobile order and was missing an item, I called back in to let them know and an “assistant manager” Edith came out and proceeded to look inside my car saying an employee said she put it in the bag, I handed her the bag and told her to look she did and said she will bring the pretzel yes a pretzel back but after waiting almost 30 mins I went to the door to remind them I was only waiting on my missing pretzel and I was immediately dismissed with I wasn’t getting anything from the manager Marisela don’t be like Marisela) and I was confused because I paid for something I didn’t get but was argued down saying I did get it. After standing in the door for 15 mins asking for a refund or my item the police were secretly called on me for wanting my paid item and the police couldn’t do anything other then get me the store manager info and ask me to leave the property per manager Marisela request. I was livid because I spend money and tip here alot just to receive bad service. I did call the store manager De la Rosa who assured me he would make it right and he have not, at this point I’ll take my complaint to corporate and never spend another penny at this location and wouldn’t recommend this one to nobody it’s way to much that goes on here they need a whole new staff.

I love the personnel at Military Sonic, everyone is super friendly, and always ready to help. I work long hours and go their breaks daily, they always smile and service is fast and correct. The best Sonic I've ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Around a great team and their manager should be very proud of the staff they have. I can't say enough good things about her. Please, if you get the chance, stop and tap your car hops well, they deserve it.

Slowest and most disorganized sonic ever no idea how this place is still even running. 1/2 the size of every other sonic out there and still take long. Place should be just shut down
