I ordered a green salad to go with my sandwich but received a Caesar salad instead. When I inquired if this was indeed a green salad, the staff member who brought it out insisted that it was. The food is decent (when they actually get your order right), but the service leaves much to be desired. Even the manager seemed reluctant to assist. I don't plan on returning anytime soon unless management addresses these service issues.

The food was decent initially, but I had a rude experience with the lady at the counter. However, I decided to give the place another chance, and I'm glad I did. This time, the food was excellent, and the new staff member I encountered was very sweet and kind. I tried the avocado toast, which was delicious, accompanied by a salad that had dried cranberries and walnuts. I will definitely be returning!

The Covington location is definitely better. My Chicken Caesar sandwich didn't resemble the advertisement at all. It was supposed to be on a baguette, but it didn't taste like Caesar in any way.

I normally order the Chicken Salad Crossisant Sandwich, but today I ordered the Roast Beef and it was delicious. Good quality meat, well seasoned with Provolone cheese. I also bought a bowl of the Chicken Salad. Great customer service.

I was really disappointed that this was a cafeteria style place. Wouldn’t have went if I had known that. My food was ok just not worth the cost, as my eggs were scorched. The staff was some what helpful, but you could tell they was there just to get a check, not really interested in customer service.
