So frustrating that they messed up my order so bad! Got small mashed potatoes instead of large and no red beans???? Check your order!

Eating was not a complain, and the staff was with any delays on the point.

Everything was great, the staff was friendly and you could tell they have a good team working there.

The staff here is rude and disrespectful. We placed our order online and the order says pick up at counter. When I get there, the staff tells us we have to get in line and go through drive-thru. We arrived at 7:50. They advertise closed at 11pm but they still said we could not pick up at counter as advertised store front was closed though they advertise closing at 11pm. A lady in drive-thru was willing to pick up my order for me as it was prepaid but the manager came out of the store and is eager to create drama with customers. That was not her business. However, They want to be rude. They rudely told the lady she could not do that! Tonight is 9/7/22 Wednesday night 7:40pm. It?s an awfully run location. We canceled our ordered and ordered from a different Popeyes. The Popeyes on Claiborne was store front open as advertised and functioning properly. They have a wonderful staff who understand work!

The service here is horrible. The drive thru takes forever and you better check your order before you pull way from the window because it's usually wrong.
