Wendy's - Metairie

The young lady at the window is not wearing a mask, while all the other employees in the building are. She is the only one directly interacting with customers. This observation was made at 9:08 AM on January 5, 2020.

I visited the restaurant two days ago and ordered a salad along with Dave's lemonade since they were out of Dave's strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately, the lemonade tasted unpleasant, almost like toilet water. I decided to give it another try today and ordered a salad again, along with a cookie and a strawberry lemonade. Once I got home, I found that the strawberry lemonade tasted even worse than the first time, and they forgot to include my cookie. I've been trying to reach them by phone multiple times, leaving messages, but I haven't received any response. This has been the worst service I've ever experienced. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this food!

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's location. The lady taking orders wasn't wearing a mask, and the dining room register was out of order, so she had to run back and forth to the drive-thru register to input my order. As a result, my order was completely wrong, and one of my combos was missing, which meant I had to return to get it. Surprisingly, this was during an early lunch when they weren't busy at all. It seems like this location always has issues.

Good food and cheap prices. It just seems they are always out of something.
