Jessica's Brick Oven - Methuen

Very disappointing as of late. bread has big hallow air pockets and makes it difficult to toast and/or use as a sandwich bread. Recommend making changes to the making of a denser loaves.

I like many others put myself on a new eating regiment in January(diet) I was told to have 1 carbohydrate with each meal so I decided to find a whole wheat or rye bread that was tasty. With all the years eating bread I never had one that was like eating dessert.

Was delivering there in one of the vendors very nice people to deal with in and out leaving gave me a loaf of bread like I need it but it was great

We enjoyed sampling your sunflower bread. Undeniably the greatest I've eaten in a very long time. As a native of San Francisco, I have grown accustomed to sour dough, which I adore. Jessica's reminds me a great deal of this flavor. It is really delectable.

This is the best bread I have had in years. I buy it every week when I am in Maine during thesummer and fall Wish I could get it here in Florida!! Love the Tuscan sunflower.LOVE!!
