Margaritas Mexican - Methuen

The food was craziness. The only thing worse was the service. We watched the waiter check in the tables around us and don't ask ourselves if we needed anything several times. When we decided we could not continue to try to eat the meal we left, largely untouched napkins on plates waiting for the check. After the waiter ignored us twice, we went to the Hostess Station to get our check. Finally, a manager of a kind came and gave the check to the wrong table. After sorting we were eager to pay and go. When we sent the check back, the manager? asked if we want cartons to take our food home? the food with used napkins on it. The good news is that they got good service around us, mostly, I guess because they drank alcohol. While alcohol is likely to drink you better service at Margarita?s, it will not improve the quality of food. Avoid, especially if not on a bar tab.

Poor customer service. Waiter was too busy flirting with another waitress to pay attention to us. Took forever for the waiter to move dirty cups and plates off the table. Drinks were good though. Spoke to the manager and he wasn?t any help. Said he wasn?t going to do anything about it. First and last time I?ll ever come to this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.

Don?t loose your time come here, there is not costumer service, there is not a lot of personal, I think this restaurant should be close. Save money, save time and do not come here. I finished my apetaizer and past 30 minute nobody?s took my dirty plate. Thinks in another restaurant is you need a good time, there is better opción.

I highly recommend the coconut drink with 1800 in it. It was a very busy night and short staffed. The wings were on point dipped in a coconut sauce as well. Our waitress was doing the best she could with waiting on tables and getting their orders. Our orders came out too late so we asked to have it to go instead. She felt horrible about us waiting so long. I understand. Covid times are hard especially for the waitresses and anyone in the food industry that are working. We gave her a 20% tip, still. For anyone who deals with this,... don't tip your waiter horribly... but understand that these are hard times, too.

Love this place. Amazing food! Well marinated meat, chips, salsa and guacamole is super tasty. And let's not forget their margaritas!!! The strawberry basil margarita is a winner in my book. They do not skip on it. I had the chicken quesadilla for the first time... Let me just say: I cannot wait to go back and get the enchilada. A little pricey but well worth it for a good time.
