Bidra med feedbackGood food. ???????? It's a great start if you're not a fan, or if you find Indian food too intimadating. The place is somewhat designed as a go-to spot to grab grub after a night-out or so, which for me, doesn't hurt, given their situated within the High Street vicinity. Price-wise, it's okay, though I find their serving portions quite small, especially the rice meals.
Last September 13, 2015, the hardworking Aldous Calubad once again invited me to another food tasting event. This time, it was in the urban jungle of BGC. The subject of our invite was the newest contender in Persian cuisine: Shawarma Bros. The restaurant, came about as the result of the efforts of the enterprising founders composed of Abraham Castro, Gabriel Sobrepena, Joey Reyes, Rammy de Claro, and Paolo Layug, all of whom are graduates of the Ateneo de Manila University. They became part of H2004 Ventures, which then created the concept for Shawarma Bros in 2012. ...Read full post on thedigester.blogspot.com
Classic. What started as a food truck and now gradually growing in Manila with 5 branches, you have to try it here because shawarma! Perfect when paired with your favorite sauce. I have eaten at this restaurant a few times and I am generally happy with my experience. I like my meat spiced up and topped with loads of different sauce too. Two thumbs up!
Tostadas and Hummus is slightly different from what I'm used to but in good ways. I'm used to thick and thin bread with this dish, but I like that the tostadas still manage to stay together while dipping. The dip itself is delicious. Texture and consistency of the dip is new to me but I'm happy with the flavor; I'm considering partnering it with my order on my next visit. The Beef Shawarma Wrap comes in different sizes and there are three sauces to choose from. I don't know why I didn't try the Cheese but I'm good with Garlic Yoghurt already. Wrap's fun to eat but a little messy once you reach the bottom because of the way it is wrapped, a very minor thing though. Hungry people should not get the small one even though they already have an appetizer, because they're slightly light on the belly. Or, maybe it's just my belly. :) The Bro-Yo Shake is a very thick yoghurt shake. It's good but difficult to sip, and I would prefer this drink served colder.
Kay tagal kitang hinanap, super sarap ng shawarma beef and chicken, and especially the curry rice ang bango. Medyo mahal pero okay lang dahil malinis at okay ang place. Natutuwa ako sa mga server and cashier na nakasmile everytime na nagtetake ng orders and nagseserved ???? Till next time
