Mcdonald's - Metropolis

I went in to get a milk shake for my wife Just a milk shake and had to wait 15 minutes to get it

McDonalds, you need to get it together. Lately the food has been horrible. Its always less then room temperarure and the buns are always cold. I alway perfered the mcdonalds over any fast food in metro, but its going down hill fast as well.

Love the food. Clean resturant. Terrible Doordash experience at no fault of DoorDash; it's entirely the staff at this location not knowing how to double-check orders before sending them out, then expecting customers to physically travel to the store to get their missing food... even if the food was ordered for delivery because the customer cannot physically travel to the location.Can't travel to get your food? We'll give you a refund in 3 days, but you can reorder your missing food now at your own expense.Once or twice during busy hours, that'd be understandable or even outright expected. But it has been nearly every order over the last 5 months except the two or three where I only ordered one person's worth of food.To hell with the kids eating though, because they're not likely to get their nuggets until I can arrange a babysitter to watch them while I walk a few miles to McD's to pick it up.

When the workers are struggling and the morning manager just walks by and fixes her coffee as other customers are driving off that’s really bad management…. Might want to reconsider your higher ups if they won’t kick in and help!!!!

Ordered/paid through app..when we arrived, order was not in their system…took 10 minutes to order again (then had to wait for manager to promo it..waited another 10 minutes before our drinks came out (on someone else’s tray)…waited another 10-15 minutes for food to be done (only 3 McChickens and 1 large fry)
